Our Organogram
Who Leads HHO
Board of Directors
The governing body of HHO, responsible for policy formulation, program oversight, and organizational direction. The Board meets quarterly and is elected every two years by general members.
Chief Executive Officer
Appointed by the Board, the CEO works alongside the General Secretary to manage overall organizational operations, maintain donor relationships, and ensure program delivery.
Unit Managers
HHO is divided into four units — Program, Admin, Human Resource, and Finance — each headed by a dedicated manager accountable to the General Secretary.
