A Structure Built on Accountability
HHO operates under a clearly defined governance structure designed to ensure transparency, accountability, and effective management at every level of the organization.
From the Board of Directors to field-level program managers, every role at HHO carries defined responsibilities — with regular reporting, reviews, and evaluations built into our system
Board of Directors
The Board formulates policies and oversees program implementation. Board members meet every three months to review progress and address key organizational matters.
Operational Units
HHO is administratively divided into four units — Program, Admin, Human Resource, and Finance — each headed by a dedicated manager accountable to the General Secretary.
Monitoring & Evaluation
HHO conducts weekly and monthly staff meetings, external evaluations, and regular field visits to monitor progress, identify gaps, and strengthen performance.
Financial Controls
HHO follows a double-entry accounting system with a formal financial policy, internal control system, and defined procurement and recruitment policies.
Policy Manual
All organizational matters are guided by a comprehensive Policy Manual, ensuring consistency, fairness, and accountability across all activities.
