A Movement Built on Humanity
Holding Hands Organization (HHO), a non-profit registered under the Act XXI of 1860 (the “Societies Act”), aims to improve the lives of underprivileged communities in rural and remote areas of Sindh. The organization focuses on key areas such as Education, Healthcare and Well-being, Youth Development, Environment and Climate Action, Gender Equality and Women Empowerment, Livelihoods and Economic Development, Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH), Child Rights and Protection, Disaster Response and Resilience, Advocacy and Awareness, and Community Development. It works to raise awareness and mobilize communities in remote areas of Sindh, Pakistan, by providing professional expertise and sharing experiences across various disciplines.

Our Reach Across Pakistan
HHO initially began its voluntary operations in the flood-affected areas of Jacobabad, Kashmore, Kandhkot, and Shikarpur in Sindh, establishing a strong volunteer network through chapters in each district.
Over the years, HHO expanded its presence into Sukkur, Larkana, Ghotki, and beyond. Today, HHO has successfully built its network across all parts of Pakistan — primarily through chapters, volunteers, and collaboration with local social organizations.
